Deadline for Submission: April, 12 .
Notification of acceptance: May, 15
Revised and Camera Ready Versions: May, 25
The members of the program committee will rigorously evaluate each contribution and those papers providing original results, insights, experimental innovations and clearly stressing the role of cooperation/collaboration will be selected. This process will be based on assessing the originality, significance, technical soundness and clarity of exposition of each paper.
Selected contributions will be published as a workshop book
with ISBN. Authors should use LaTex for their manuscript preparation.
Top quality contributions will be asked to be extended for publication
in a special issue of the International Journal of Intelligent Systems.
These extended contributions will need to pass a second round of revisions
Guidelines for the preparation of camera ready version
Camera ready contributions should be prepared using the nicso.cls class file. It
closely follows LNCS' s style so if you used LaTex for your manuscript
preparation, you will have no problems to adapt to the new format. A
sample file is provided here

The length of each contribution may be extended up to 14
pages on the NICSO format. However if you consider that your
paper needs additional space, please coontact David Pelta.
Authors are required to carefully check for overfull
paragraphs, the quality of the printed images (in black & white)
and the internal references for tables and figures. Please generate the
bibliography using the "plain" style and then, to avoid errors, paste
the contents of the .bbl file at the end of the source file.
In order to ensure the book availability at the Workshop, we
need to receive the camera-ready version of your contribution (in pdf
format) plus a single
tex source file and figures by May, 25.
The whole material should be sent in one compressed file to both
workshop chairs:
